Dr Albert

Sovereign civic intelligence for Cardiff.

Dr Albert is a local, source-grounded civic intelligence prototype developed by X7. It is designed to answer from approved documents, cite its sources and keep live RAG access private.

What V1 Shows

Dr Albert should be understood as a disciplined public-sector prototype: useful, bounded and honest about current data status.

Verified Runtime

The local runtime has been restored and verified as a sovereign RAG prototype. The current live proof baseline is the Singapore benchmark.

Cardiff Corpus Status

Cardiff material is staged and awaiting verified ingestion. Public copy must describe that status plainly and avoid overstating readiness.

Controlled Demos

Live demonstrations are operator-guided. The public site uses static, reviewed examples rather than public access to live retrieval.

Public-safe Examples

Examples are canned, cited and reviewed. They show the shape of Dr Albert's answers without opening the private stack.
